Starting June 9, the day after my 40th birthday, I am attempting to live a better and less complicated life with my husband and three year old son in Portland, OR. We are attempting to reduce our spending by 50%. In addition to spending less, I am trying to make decisions for a more thoughtful life... More gardening, walks, bike rides, exercise, cooking projects, time with friends, etc.
