American NeoCon is a political science professor in CA with some very definite ideas about America & the world. While he appears to be very intelligent & writes well, he allows his neoconservative political bent to cloud his judgement and make him say unreasonable things.
While initially more reasonable than many rightwing partisan bloggers, AmericanNeocon is not above the ad hominem smear (namecalling, linking to "radicals" or "Stalinists") when his faulty logic or double standards are exposed.
Unnecessarily bad language and links to the most severe hatred (particularly if linked to the right) is moderated away after the fact, but other than a few "unreasonable" liberals & paleocons (as defined by AmericanNeocon), the blog does not ban dissenting thought.
