More from Author: Misinformation and rumors spread faster than truth and it is up to people to educate themselves, ask questions, find out if what they see on the news or hear from others is in fact correct. Also it is imperitive that people do not take texts out of context rather read the whole articles or if from the Quran to read the whole chapter and even the history about the chapter (provided in the Yousef Ali translation) Translated editions of the Quran are just that--- translation of the meanings. It is NOT considered the Quran because the minute you translate the true meaning is lost and is no longer pure from defect or mistakes. Only the origional Quran in Arabic has not changed in over 1400 years! READ, BE AWARE, EDUCATE YOURSELF BEFORE JUDGING ISLAM

All the information in this blog is one sided, purely conservative Islamic view. Many scholars would not agree with most of that which appeared in this blog. Nothing is mentioned of the Sanaa Koran? Nothing about Suyuti's book "The Korans"? Nothing about Ali's Koran? Nothing that even Hafza Koran was burned after she died? Many, many more facts are intentionaly omitted.

I disagree with john as the point of this blog I believe, is to stick to the origonal arabic quran, and the sunna of the prophet peace be upon him. In this way only can we stay away from innovations and incorrect man made additions to religion. This is why many other religions have not remained pure and intact. Islam can and does simply because there are no changes or distortions made to their holy book. Where ever did this idea come from of different kinds of 'Korans'? What bida is that?! I feel that this blog host trys hard to remain true to the simple pure and documented truths using references taken directly from reliable sources. When we start to take from shady or questionable sources, what we stand for becomes weak and distorted.
