This is an almost hidden path just around the corner of my "castle".I was very intrigued every day when I passed it.Finally one day, I stopped to see what is hiddenbeyond the entrance of this path.It is interesting because the path leads to an almost manicured looking area that seems perfect for a picnic.The path and the grassy area always appear to be mowed.It sits in the middle of the thick woods...

Howard and I have been working out pretty hard lately.I go to the gym and work out on the treadmill in the wee hours of the morning.Howard has a really nice mountain bike. He has been riding the trails at Oak Mountain (state park) on Saturdays and Sundays, and now has added one weekday afternoon.We eat fairly sensible during the week, but we have gotten on a pizza "kick" for Friday nights.
