So they say your taste buds change every 7 years or. I am not really sure if it is true or not but my taste for hot sauces has gone through some serious changes. Prior to moving to Europe I loved Tabasco and used the stuff constantly. After leaving the States I fell in love with Tapatio and would purchase it by the gallon to avoid running out on the other side of the world from Vernon, California....
