  Client Service Insights is a must-read for anyone in the PR agency business, or professional services of any kind for that matter. Leo Bottary provides valuable knowledge and counsel that can make a real difference in client/agency relationships - and best of all, he's an experienced blogger who truly gets this medium and does an exceptional job sharing information.
