I am fed up with what has happening within the black community. Too many of our families are broken, too many of us are morally degenerate and too many of us are willing to blame all of our pathology on slavery, George Bush, the Republican party, or anything but our failures as parents, husbands, wives, and Christians.

I wrote the following in response to an incredibly dumb comment left by a troll in a previous thread:
"Black America by and large has no interest in truth, only the sick satisfaction derived from grievance politics."
(Here is the obligatory caveat...
I am re-posting an article I happened upon this afternoon for all of those who believe that Socialist Duck-In-Chief isn't a Socialist Duck!:
Will MSM Report on Obama Membership in Socialist New Party?

Do you think that is a preposterous question? If this question were posed a few short months ago, I would have thought so -- but no more. What's worse is that unless one avails themselves to alternative media sources they would have no idea that "We...
I really like this guy Lee Doren. I think he used to run a blog called Copious Dissenter but I can no longer find it on my reader. Anyway, enjoy his video, consider subscribing to his page.

Just feeling a little silly tonight....and I really wanted to share the snarky message left for my by a "fri-enemy". I wish the sound were better but I'm a little retarded where technology is concerned.
I just found your site while looking for more info on Michael Steel. I am also a black female conservative (independent but usually vote Republican). I am so happy to see that there is someone out there that thinks just like me. I have been given so much flack by my family for my views. That just don't get it at all. I don't vote "black" but based on my religious (Christian) views and basically, I vote what makes sense. So far, this current administration doesn't make sense and is putting our country in a lot of hot water financially, in particular. Anyway, I will now become a frequent visitor to your blog. It feels good to know I am not in the minority but for my views.
It's refreshing to read comments from black women that reflect mine. Why is the truth so obvious to us and so foreign to the rest of our community. It really saddens me how so many of us waste our precious time and emotional energy seeking out overt and covert acts of racism almost as if it's a full time job. This reoccupation with race and racism is one of many factors that keep us from reaching our potential. As you so aptly stated, if we were as concerned about taking care of our families and our communities as were are about exposing white racism we would be unstoppable!!!! For me the question is not, where are the racist? The question is how can I, with the Lord's help, ensure my success in life despite the elements of racism that exist.
This is a awesome blog I was searching for conservative black women. I knew you where out there someplace. As a 5 year old conservative white women I love to hear your views on the issues. it seems I hear so many liberals trying to think they can speak to for Black Americans as a group I find it very distressing. I am so concerend for the American family in general, it seems so many have lost all values and respect ! I think as women we need to stand up and set the nation on the right path, which has to start with mutual respect . Donna
I dont even remember how I ended up falling on this blog, but I wanted you know now how refreshing it is to read this blog. One of my best friends is a conservative black woman attending Georgetown law, I respect her opinion over most of my contacts in life. I was hoping for a grilling of Eric Holder, after all we're a nation of cowards for not addressing racism after electing our countries first black president. God bless, my friend. Keep fighting the good fight.
I am a christian, conservative, asian female. LOVE your blog. I also read www.urbancure.org, www.black-and-right.com. Star Parker's insightful article "The awkward co-dependence of blacks and liberal Democrats" explains a lot. Blacks and Hispanics are generally more pro-life, pro-traditional marriage, pro-family, than asians or whites, yet they vote liberal pro-death Democrats. Wish there were more like you!
Excellent! First time visitor, but plan to follow you more ardently. I'm a conservative white male that appreciates a well-spoken conservatgive, irrespective of color and gender, but it is particularly exciting when it is coming from a young black woman!
