I think design talk is very helpful....but I was somewhat discouraged by not finding more relation to design & space in corolation to personal empowerment. I would encourage designers to reference Jill Butler's book entitled CREATE THE SPACE YOU DESERVE. This will complete your picture.

I have to admit... I'm biased. As a guest author on the site... of course this would bump up my rating a bit.
But... I am pretty picky about who I write for...
The ideas that are showcased on this site are amazing. The fact that most of the materials that are used on this site can be easily located is pure heaven.
Imagine seeing a great photo of a room you would like to copy to some degree... and not being able to find similar products to use in your own room design? You will never have that problem on Design Talk... they show you just where to find all the products shown in the pictures.
How cool is that?
