Diary of a Rubbish Marathon Runner

I used to struggle to break the 4 hours barrier in the marathon, but I am now slowly creeping towards the 3 hours mark. However, the new baby has added an extra challenge, and a bout of pneumonia has knocked me back quite a bit.
