Not long ago, this opportunity caught my eye.  University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley offers an online, non-credit certificate in business communication. According to the program brochure (PDF format), course fees are only $89 per course or $475 for the entire six-course certificate program....

Iowa Community College Online Consortium (IOCCOC) represents a portal for the distance learning offerings by seven community colleges in The Hawkeye State. A news release via the United States Equestrian Federation describes online courses coming this fall from Texas A&M University relating to  equine business studies. The Center for Equine Business Studies at Texas A&M apparently offers a complete, non-credit certificate program online called the "Equine Entrepreneurship Distance Learning Program".  Early registration discounts are available....
