Yesterday the SLA announced that the proposed new name for the SLA is Association for Strategic Knowledge Professionals (ASKPro). There was some real member activity on the sla-dite mailing list this morning, so I thought I would take the time to write...
SLA is attempting to clarify their recent initiative to re-brand the association. A few notable points from the posting (which I recommend reading):
