Egregious Blunders, et cetera.................. The Recipe Collection.

I love cookbooks. I really love to eat. Recipes have been a staple of my main blog. So, here is the next logical step. I am starting off in mid-January, 2008. I hope to add at least one new recipe every day or two. Between my personal files, my cookbook collection, and my extensive clippings from Southern Living magazine, I should have no trouble at all coming up with posts.

Sausage with Beans and Escarole

We tried this recipe and really liked it. We didn't have Escarole, so I substituted fresh spinach (6-9 oz). Other tips: Leave the juice from the canned tomatoes if you want it soupy. Serve over Quinoa cooked in remaining broth (or water).
