Going to collect leaves for Paul's compost in a minute. And for 2011 seed compost. Leaf mould is excellent stuff for sowing seeds and transplanting seedlings as well as adding to the beds. Paul uses the BD preps with it and finds they help the stuff go...

Did lots of cutting back and clearing today - old raspberry canes, roses, some bushes. Got a great pile of compostable stuff so Paul is very pleased and spent the afternoon chopping it up, but there's lots more for him to do today :-). I hope to sow...

We also went to the Hereford Food Fair - with some excellent free grazing on all the fab stuff *g*. we have super food in this county and this is an excellent place to see it, make contact so you can get more straight from the producers.It wasn't bad...
