Nov 3, 2009
There's no stopping the eternal tug-of-war between the powers that be and the hackers that will, and for the time being it looks like things are back in the hands of the hackers. As of noon today giddy jailbreakers can take the next step and go f...

Schools of robotic fish to collect data, stomp out human threat

Nov 2, 2009
Robotic fish. The phrase alone sends shivers of excitement down our collective spines here at Engadget. Undoubtedly, Michigan State University assistant professor of electrical and computer engineering Xiaobo Tan feels similarly, as he has designs on...

Cisco FlipShareTV streamer outed in FCC documents

Oct 30, 2009
Flip Video remote, meet your family. One of Cisco's latest FCC filings happened to keep its user manual outside the seal of confidentiality, giving us a pretty good look at FlipShareTV, a setup for streaming recorded video from the computer's...

Feb 10, 2010

excellent
A great blog and a good alternative to Gizmodo. The writing seems to be a bit heavy and not to-the-point at times, and humour can be lacking slightly. However, the layout and design is more professional than their arch-rivals and information is often very timely and relevant. Another one of the top blogs around.
