Via Jezebel, we find out that the attorney for 26 year-old Kelsey Peterson - a 6th grade math teacher who plead guilty to raping her 12-year-old student - is blaming the victim by using racist stereotypes: "I resent the term 'child.' You're baby-fying this kid. This kid is a Latino machismo teenager." You know, so he was asking for it. Just disgusting....
