Recruiter Blogs in this portal are worth trying considering their benefits. It is free PR for the recruiter. There is no cost involved and hence great during recession times. More Recruiter presence in the web is good for the company.

This is a good portal containing blogs and discussion forums useful to career seekers as well as employers.Employers can use this for training/developing employees.A must to visit portal for HR Persons.Posts have universal applications and not confined to India alone.
