The Glendale Real Estate Report is the best source for local information about whats REALLY going on in our local Glendale California market. Not only does it have local news, things to do and see in Glendale, but also a very powerful and insightful analysis of almost every new property placed on the market in Glendale, California. This blog really gets it that the readers not only want to know whats going in the market but what is happening in the community that the market is located! Kendyl Young is AWESOME!!! Kendyl is my real estate guru--if you are looking for someone who knows the market, knows the neighborhoods, and will close the deal, you need to talk to Kendyl! Who knew someone so serious about real estate could be so fun? I've relied on her since she started in the real estate biz, and she's an amazing resource.
