Most of the content from this blog is lifted from other websites without crediting the authors or photographers. Much of the content is being used as evidence in the lawsuit against the blogger, Heidi Diaz, of Corona, CA. Diet advice given is generally spam for her diet website, and often the tips given are dangerous.
