You guys know I'm a sucker for knitted and crocheted housewares ...So of course I love these sweet light-fitting covers from Northern Ireland design studio Electricwig. Made to be slipped directly over a low-wattage compact fluorescent bulb and stiffened with sugar water to hold their shape, they'll soften the light's glare and add a touch of delicacy and femininity to those utilitarian bare-bulb f...

Am a crafter and maker of things, all sorts of things but have a textile background originally. This blog is inspirational and I've pulled the sketchbook out again. Time to pull my New Zealand merino fleece out and get making. Living in Copenhagen.

I was looking for a picture of Tori Amos as one of her new characters holding a camera, to use it as a messageboard avatar. I was googling about when I came across a gorgeous gigposter for Tori. I clicked on it and voila, I entered Leah's blog. I didn't leave for another two hours and scrolled my way through all the lovely posts and pictures. I soon became a regular visitor and it even inspired me to start my own blog. Thanks Leah and keep posting! :-)
