You couldn't be more correct! Living a "no-excuses" life and taking 100% responsibility for our actions causes leadership qualities to come out and guide us on the very paths we need to be on.
Bottom Line: We can do anything we as a society put our minds to, and will continue to do so with or without a "Hero" from a leader. We will always appreciate what is offered by those who are truly the exceptional, but to hope for ONE to take us to a new level, for one is putting way too much expectation on them, and excusing ourselves from making things happen that we have for so long anyway.
Mark's blog and writing in general is a breath of fresh air for serious marketers in the "age of accountability." It is not for lightweights who just want to keep their jobs. It is for dedicated professionals who see their work as a significant factor in the success of the companies for whom they work.
Its good and i like their tips. Sometimes, it make me think twice about what happen in this world. We just never know which one is white and which is black.
