I purchased this very cool knitting book today. It has the most amazing stitch patterns in it. After I'm done this winter's knitting obligations I'm going to start designing my own socks.

We always go for walks in the desert nearby here. There are these great rock piles that we play around on and often take portrait type pictures. I think next time I'll take along my climbing shoes. It'll make it easier to move over the rocks.
