This blog is one of the few I read each day. I only subscribe to 4 blogs and this is one of them. Fantastic reviews and I love the personal touch. You know you are getting the truth rather than just some "fluff" reviews. Great community too, readers are always willing to answer questions & respond in the comments. The monthly giveaways are also a bonus!
Layout is nice and clean and it doesn't overwhelm the reader with ads (good color choice too!). No icky Javascript to clog your computer down.
All in all, 10 out of 10. A must read for beauty lovers!
