Not Quite Homemade Vegetarian

There are a lot of recipes about how to cook with tofu. I like to cook with a variety of fake meat products. Instead of a soy patty on a bun with ketchup, I try to make something interesting and tasty, like shepherd's pie or "chicen" lentil salad.
