Tweet-er-rific tips to Twitter for Twits

Nov 25, 2009
I’ve talked about Twitter in the past and thought I should cover it in a bit more detail.  I see a lot of people “Tweeting,” the act of sharing information, an idea or thought via Twitter, and I see quite a bit of bad tweeting.  Here’s my...

Social Distraction

Nov 23, 2009
I was reading a cool little piece on the AMEX OPEN Forum this morning and liked what I saw.  I enjoyed it mostly because it reinforces some similar feelings to mine with regard to Social Media, marketing with SM and branding.  It is important for...

excellent
I've been following this blog via email updates from Ryan Lucia for about 2 months now. I loved the two different series he wrote on Database building. I like how this blog focuses on helping LOs and Brokers be better at the non-loan related side. There are plenty of blogs that cover doing loans and loan related updates, but this is the only one I've found that covers the business and marketing side. I like his attitude and his philosophies make sense and are very basic. I also enjoy the humor and esoteric little references he uses from time-to-time. I think this blog is good for anyone looking to grow their sales and marketing chops even if they aren't in the mortgage industry or real estate. Thanks Ryan!
