Oh bugger, I am a twat. I had this on 100 posts per page- I have probably crashed quite a few browsers. Sorry! Set to the more sane 40 now.

Thank you very much for your congratulations in the previous post. The award is on top of my fireplace. Its luminescence sets off my Rutles vinyl nicely.
I haven’t updated until now because I have quite sad, and it isn’t the done thing to turn...
Well, CRIKEY and other such exclamations from my adopted homeland! We went to the Mind Mental Health Media Awards at BAFTA yesterday evening expecting to have conversations about how great it was to be nominated and nothing else, and we won Best...
(Redux- my first version of this disappeared for no reason!)
Right, I deleted my grumpy posts about losing my passport and having to waste money because I couldn’t get my flights and to shell money I don’t have on now getting an 11 hour journey home by...
Ah, what a fucking joke. I am in a shitty mood. I haven’t slept in two days and was going to Belfast tomorrow. But because I’m a forgetful twat, I lost my passport. I have pulled the flat apart, but it’s gone. Ryanair are bastards and I have...
There are so many things I could say about this blog, but in the interest of not writing a thesis, or sounding like a creepy internet stalker I'll aim for brevity. Seaneen lives with a mental illness called manic depression. If you've never heard of manic depression then read this blog and get educated. If you have, then I recommend you read this blog and get educated. Unique, insightful, and humourous. Highly recommended.
A great blog about a girl living with bipolar disorder, with a very good and interesting writing style. It gives you insight of what she has to go through every day and how it affects her.
Even if you don't know much about this illness, you'll probably still enjoy the read, as this blog is far from a recopilation of clinical data; it is the story of a life told in a way you'll find it easy to relate to and understand.
Very much recomended.
Seaneen's blog has been incredibly important to me. It was the first I stumbled across within this small world of mental health blogging and it has provided me with a huge amount of insight and support over the past year. I cannot thank her enough for her honesty, openness and frank writing style, which allows her readers to truly understand what it is like to live with a debilitating mental illness. Her cynical and lively writing style brings to life her posts and adds a lightness and heart to a difficult topic. A blog I cannot miss!
When I was diagnosed and was blundering in a foggy minefield with blindfolds on, Seaneen's blog was the first thing I came across that began to make sense of things for me. I mean, what the hell does Bipolar Mixed mean when it's dished out by some bland effwit after he's blinked at you for an hour or so? A big thank you for that, Seaneen. It's also very well written, and entertaining, and well, what else can I say? Go and read it! And it was the inspiration to get me blogging myself.
