If you could start from zero, what would public education look like? ANPE is a forum to develop a new model for public education. Throw out your ideas of what public education is "supposed to be," for they are all based on old paradigms and constraints. It's a new age, why doesn't our education system reflect that?

Never easy, Dill asks the world to set aside all preconceived notions about what is now called Public Education. If we could start from scratch, what would it look like? Would it be public? Would it start at age 5? Would it insist on testing, grades, reading, writing? The solution challenges us to consider what it takes for an individual to become a world citizen. What do you think?
