I notice that the Stags have named their Air New Zealand Cup squad for 2008. IT is an interesting squad given the way that most teams will be a shadow of their former selves. It is ridiculous how many of the next level of player are leaving. Hoani MacDonald will be gone at the end of the season. I have no problem with this as he has gone as far as he could and he is 29 now. It sucks that the Stags...

The Bledisloe Cup gets underway on Saturday, and I can't wait! Just when you thought the All Blacks would have the upper hand with Wallaby skipper Stirling Mortlock ruled out, the All Blacks captain Richie McCaw will also be missing. It is refreshing to see the Wallabies beating the Springboks in the third Tri Nations game and leaves me feeling excited about the second half of the competition. Australia who traditionally have the least depth out of the three nations involved were expected to struggle with the exodus of players after the Rugby World Cup, but they performed superbly against the tiring Boks. The Wallabies put toge...

The Springboks have made four changes to their starting lineup to tackle the Wallabies on Saturday night. While there are plenty of bargains to be had, remember the trades used on these guys will have to be used again the next week to get rid of your Springboks with the Wallabies vs All Blacks on the following week! The injuries and suspensions have left me struggling for trades personally. I was fo...
