very good

John's writing style is a bit choppy, but it captures his own voice as he writes. He doesn't always blog about dentistry. It could annoy people, but it brings a fresh perspective on a life that isn't completely consumed with work.

For those of us in the "trenches" this is a welcome respite...an honest, open dentis not afraid to share the daily frustrations, weaknesses and fears of a normal human being. Just reading it makes me feel that I am less alone that it seems. Cindi B.

excellent

John is honest, transparent, and writes about things that matter to him. It's very "stream of consciousness" which gives the reader a chance to truly understand his thoughts. The "access to care" entry is, a fantastic current topic. At times he shows candor in his personal life that cause me to re-examine my thoughts and beliefs about business and home. Overall, an excellent read.
