great blog..i really love the description of each song is very helpful. i'd recommend though more pure house music soulful,deep,afro beat and less tech/progressive/electro.

Blogs blogs blogs...So many out there that its overwhelming. Some are out of date, some have so many posts its best not to even look at, and some are just garbage. "The-House-Depot" however is in a class of its own. Its updated almost everyday, the structure and format is simple and easy to navigate, and the quality of the tracks are superb. Some blogs will cut down the quality from 320kbps down to a ear aching 160kbps but not the house depot...Nope...Quality on almost every track is 320kbps which is pretty damn near to cd quality and enough for djs like myself to play at a live venue. I like the fact that each track has some kind of mini review/comment to let the reader/downloader know what to expect from the track which saves time from sorting out the subgenres. Great blog short review:)
