Quite the zingy dish, this pasta holds all the good things in life! I added pepper to my garlic and oil, sauteed it up nice. Then added in quartered marinated (drained) artichokes and chopped ham.

A combination of hot weather and dental surgery meant fruit salad was on the menu!! Personally I can't have fruit salad without melon and pineapple.
