Nov 2, 2009
With the smash success of "Paranormal Activity," you can bet every studio in Hollywood is trawling through all the cheap, sub-horror scripts and pitches they received in the last year, hoping to have their own low budget, and highly profitable...

Review: 'Gentlemen Broncos'

Oct 30, 2009
In Jared Hess' "Gentlemen Broncos," Michael Angarano is all slumped shoulders and furrowed brows as Benjamin, a home-schooled teen obsessed with low-rent sci-fi. Unlike Hess' previous films "Napoleon Dynamite" and "Nacho Libre," our protagonist is an...

As fair to the films they review as any critics I've read and generally better informed than most. The playlist is the only film blog I need to read, music playlists are awesome too and the movie and festy coverage is blanket, they don't miss a beat, always being updated, read this and realise how lazy and ignorant you really are, trust me, it's a pleasure.
