Trout Underground is a superb combination of irreverent obserbations on fly fishing and serious conservation oriented content. While the majority of focus on the waters of Northern California there is still plenty of attention given to the Rocky Mountains, Southeastern US, and even Europe.

Lighthearted prose about fly fishing and the perils of living near good trout fishing. Elements of satire, conservation, and life in the woods. Enjoyable reading for fishermen and non fishermen alike.
