Umlaut was a zine that existed from 1992-95. Despite limited distribution, fans included Hipsters from coast to coast and Rock Stars of various credibility, including Sonic Youth and Metallica. To quote The Cramps: "I dig that goddam Rock 'N Roll.. The kind of stuff that don't save souls."
