I have changed names of people and places for obvious reasons, but it's sincere and raw and hopefully will give comfort to at least one other woman out there who has PCOS or who has ever had a problem with weight gain/loss and all the things that come along with these things. I have been happily married for 10 years and hope this is only the beginning!
