I'd have to say that if it wasn't for the excellent team, the site would not be where it is today, and growing at the rate it is. It gets positive feedback all the time and it's articles are not the re-hashed news snippets many find on other sites. It's been a steadily growing site and great to see it on the Australian Xbox.com.au Community site as well. More power to the dedicated team doing the work
