Beyonce confirms her plans to release another album within the next year.
It had been rumoured for a while that Beyonce intended to drop another album. The singer confirmed recently that she had more music in the pipeline. She told fans at the Trent FM Arena in Nottingham, England, on the last stop of her I Am… UK tour that she had plans for another album in 2010.

Fresh from partying at Boulevard3 in Los Angeles and watching Katy Perry perform, the good doctor and some of his pals decided to take the party back to his house, an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com.

We keep hearing about the annoying Twilight Saga fans and their ever-loyal fandom, but there are other crazies coming out of the woodwork. An ABC affiliate in Michigan reports that while watching New Moon at the Norton Shores theater, a teen girl was harassed and bitten by an old perv while watching the vampire/werewolf blockbuster.
It seems that in the midst of a screen full of vamps and wolves, an old, short, white dude believed to be about 45 years old starting throwing "sexual comments" at a 17-year-old girl sitting in front of him.

Ever since Platinum Dunes released a teaser image for their remake A Nightmare on Elm Street was released, horror fans have been trying to get a better glimpse of Jackie Earle Haley in the burn-victim make-up. The teaser trailer offered a bit more, as did some of the toys (although they were more cartoonish in appearance).
This new photo, released in a Figures.com interview with NECA’s Randy Falk, shows a highly detailed figure that NECA is producing in conjunction with the release of the new movie. ArtsBeat reports: The Fox network is raising a few eyebrows with the announcement of its winter 2010 schedule.
The Hollywood Reporter said that the network will put its hit series Glee on a four-month hiatus between December and April, rather than pair the musical comedy with American Idol, which returns to Fox on Jan. 12. The hiatus is most likely to accommodate the Glee creator Ryan Murphy, who is also directing Julia Roberts in the film adaptation of Eat, Pray, Love.

Lock up your daughters, Roman’s on the loose: On Wednesday, a Swiss court ruled that embattled director Roman Polanski can be freed on bail, The Associated Press has learned.
The Oscar-winning lensman has not been released, pending a possible appeal by the Swiss government, which has 10 days to decide whether it will fight the bail decision. Polanski was arrested on September 26 in Zurich and has been fighting attempts to extradite him to the California, where there’s a want for his arrest on a 30 year old sex charge.

Two years after her split from her longtime girlfriend, Rosie O'Donnell is still adjusting to being alone."I'm not [enjoying the single life]," O'Donnell, 47, told Usmagazine.com at Rosie's Broadway Extravaganza in NYC on Monday. "But on we grow, so to speak."
The comedienne and Kelli Carpenter, 42, wed in 2004, but earlier this month she revealed that Carpenter moved out two years ago. She had said they kept it a secret for the sake of their children -- son Parker, 14, Chelsea, 12, Blake, 9, and Vivienne, 6.

Get psyched: USA has renewed the Emmy-nominated series 'Psych' for a fifth season, Variety is reporting.
16 new episodes have been ordered for a summer 2010 launch, which will make 'Psych' USA's longest-running original scripted series -- after 'Monk,' of course, which ends after eight seasons on Fri., Dec. 4.

I've been meaning to write this for a while, but wanted to wait until I could give The X-Files: I Want to Believe a second viewing, which I finally did yesterday, on beautiful Blu-Ray. I am a long-time X-Phile; the show, which I started watching around age 13, is one of my formative viewing experiences; I trace my current love for things ambiguous, fantastic and otherworldly squarely back to Chris Carter's brilliant creation. And I dissent in a big way from both the layman and fan consensus on I Want to Believe. I still think, as I did in the summer of 2008, that the movie is a fantastic X-Files episode.
