Rihanna wasn't the only one signing records last night! Lady GaGa and Dr. Dre stopped by Best Buy in Hollywood to greet their fans, but the new queen of pop went the extra mile and ordered 80 pizzas for the hordes of admirers camped outside the store!
GaGa spent nearly $1,000 at Papa John's, and she later tweeted, "Sending all my little monsters little pizzas for waiting all night for me at best buy. I hope you're hungry...eat up I love u!" Aww, see this is why we love the lady! Who else has ever done that?

I should preface this by stating that I never, ever watch the American Music Awards because I think they’re a joke. Basically, it’s an opportunity for pop artists to pat themselves on the back for selling the most product. It’s the one awards show where Nickelback has an actual chance of winning, and Janet Jackson suddenly seems relevant. But I did tape the show for one reason only: to watch the performance by Adam Lambert, which Kaiser covered briefly. I was mightily disappointed, because the song was rather crappy, and although Adam was one of the few artists who actually sang live...

Britney Spears is either a workaholic or a masochist. After a grueling seven-month tour around the world, rumor has it Brit’s releasing her seventh studio album as early as May 2010, with a bevy of familiar faces on board.
Producer Nate ‘Danjahandz’ Hills, aka Danja (“Gimme More,” “Break the Ice”), confirmed through his Twitter that he’ll be working with Britney “very very soon”. And according to Digital Spy, Max Martin (“3,” “If You Seek Amy,” “Baby… One More Time”) is reportedly back to produce some tracks, along with Sean Garrett (who penned the super-catchy “Toy Soldier,” which unfortunately never became a single off of Blackout).

With a little bit of downtime at the office this week, I finally had a chance to read Beautiful Mess, an autobiography by Diamond Rio that was released a few months ago. It's a quick read and an insightful look at all six guys in the award-winning band, famous for hits like "Meet in the Middle," "How Your Love Makes Me Feel," "I Believe" and "One More Day." I was lucky enough to see them play a county fair in the early 1990s when they were just getting started, and it might even have been my first country concert.
