According to Jim is a sitcom that aired on ABC from 2001 to 2008. The show focused on a father and his family living in the suburbs. Most of the episodes focus on Jim, a lazy Blues music loving father, and the crazy situations he gets himself into and how his family tries to deal with those situations.
The show maintained good ratings and became a sort of sleeper hit. Running for eight seasons, the show proved to be a contender among other sitcoms.
