ACM Managed Dollar Income Fund - Investing

ACM Managed Dollar Income Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is managed by AllianceBernstein L.P. and is a closed-end, non-diversified management investment mutual fund. Goals of the Fund are to provide capital appreciation over a span of years while maintaining high current income. Normally, the Fund invests a minimum of 35% of its assets in U.S. corporate fixed-income securities. The remainder of the Fund's portfolio is invested in either non-U.S. corporate fixed-income securities, or in fixed-income securities guaranteed or issued by foreign governments.


To a large extent, all of the Fund's assets are invested in high-yield securities rated below investment-grade. The portfolio of the Fund includes emerging market, corporate and sovereign debt obligations as well as preferred stocks and warrants and structured notes.
