Designer Albert Kriemler creates fashion for a chic, charismatic woman with his label, Akris. Akris is known for its polka dots, appearing in every collection either prominent or hidden.

After joining his father's company in 1980 at the age of 20, Kriemler took over the Swiss family-run business and shaped the company throughout Europe, Asia, and America. 80 years before, Kriemler's grandmother, Alice Kriemler-Schoch laid the foundation for the company making aprons. Kriemler-Schoch's son, Max, took over in 1945 and built the company into what it is today.
