Alyssa Milano is an American actress who rose to fame at the age of twelve for her role of Samantha Micelli on the show Who’s the Boss?, co-staring Tony Danza. She would also appear opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger in the 1988 film Commando.
From there, she went on to reinvent the image she had created as a child star, appearing in more adult roles, such as Casualties of Love: The Long Island Lolita Story, Embrace of the Vampire, Deadly Sins, Confessions of a Sorority Girl, and Poison Ivy II: Lily. Her mother, Lin Milano, stepped in and sued several websites in the 90s for featuring nude photos of her daughter from those films.
Finally in 1998, Alyssa was able to reinvent herself again, returning to television in the Aaron Spelling show
Charmed, about three sisters who learn that they have magical powers. The show co-stars actresses Holly Marie Combs, Shannen Doherty, and Rose McGowan.
