Anthony Randolph - NBA Basketball

Anthony Randolph image Anthoy Randolph was chosen by the Golden State Warriors in the 2008 NBA Draft. On June 26, 2008 He was the 14th Overall pick in the NBA Draft. Randolph went to school in Little Rock, Arkansas, and Pasadena, California. He went to Woodrow Wilson High School in Dallas as a junior, he averaged 25.8 points per game, and then as a senior he averaged 12.6 rebounds. He played for Pat Washington in Woodrow Wilson High School. While in College, Randolph was quite respectable, he had six blocks in his third game in his freshman season. He played for the LSU Tigers, and he was the only freshman to start in 31 games. The team ended up with a disappointing 13-18 record.

In his first NBA Game, playing in the Golden State Warriors summer league, Randolph scored 30 points, had 8 rebounds, 1 assist, and 2 blocked shots. He plays under Coach Don Nelson at the Golden State Warriors. In his first season, Randolph starts on the bench as his coaches and captains do not considered him ready to play as a starter.
