Arrested Development was a comedy that aired of FOX from 2003 to 2006. The series was about the Bluth family, a once wealthy, dysfunctional family created by Mitchell Hurwitz and produced by
Ron Howard. The show received a handful of Emmy nominations and became a cult favorite among fans. While the show was very highly critically acclaimed, the ratings for the show never made it a hit.
The series is shot in a sort of mock-documentary format, similar to The Office. Recent news has come out that an Arrested Development movie is in the works, much to the delight of devoted fans.
