Behnaz Sarafpour is an NYC-based designer trained at the Parsons School of Design. Her collections are described as modern, elegant, and witty.
In 2001, Sarafpour launched her label with a line of women's clothing, and produced a runway show in February of 2002. She was nominated for the Swarovski Perry Ellis Award for ready to wear in 2002, 2003, and 2005 and joined the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CDFA) in 2004.
Sarafpour has held various design positions at companies such as Anne Klein, Isaac Mizrahi and Barney's New York. In 2005, she designed a collection for Tiffany & Co and in 2006, a collection of moderately-priced clothing and accessories for Target's Go International.
