Brilliance - General Automotive

Brilliance China Auto is an automaker headquartered in Liaoning, in China’s Shenyang province. It is the local Chinese partner of European automaker BMW where the facilities in Shenyang assemble 3 and 5 series cars.

Despite having difficulties with their vehicles meeting safety and emissions standards, Brilliance hopes to begin selling its vehicles in the United States in 2009.
