Carrie Underwood (born March 10, 1983) is a country pop singer who became famous by winning the fourth season of the wildly popular television show
American Idol. Since her TV win, Underwood has released two albums, Some Hearts (2005) and Carnival Ride (2007). A multiple Grammy award winner, Underwood has sold more than 11 million records worldwide. Underwood was listed among People Magazine's "Most Beautiful People" in both 2007 and 2008.
