
This movie is about a cop who gets transferred from patrol to a special unit called C.R.A.S.H. He is teamed up with a cop who has been on the force for 19 years who doesn't like his personality towards others. Although he seems kind of a nice guy on the surface and even says he will help gang members in trouble, he is a hot headed officer who punishes any and all challenges to authority. A gang war breaks out and the veteran officer decides to leave behind his partner--unable to reason with him about the attitude problem he has.
