David Beckham is a world-renowned, popular English soccer player and international sex symbol. He began his soccer career with Manchester United in 1992 at age 17. He has had a wildly successful career (including twice being the runner-up for FIFA player of the year), and he is one of the most highly-regarded (and paid) soccer players. He has lead Manchester United to six Premier League championships, a UEFA Championship, and two FA Cups. He has even been captain of the British national team in several World Cup competitions.
As the face of soccer, Beckham signed a five year, record-breaking contract to come play in America with MLS club, the L.A. Galaxy. The move was supposed to legitimize and popularize American soccer. However, Beckham’s MLS career has been plagued by injuries, and his future is unknown.

Victoria Beckham, the singer and former member of the group the Spice Girls. The couple married in 1999, and they have 3 sons. The couple receives a great deal of media attention including multiple reality shows about them. Beckham has twice been accused of infidelity. Once with his former personal assistant Rebecca Loos, and once with a model named Sarah Marbeck. Although speculation of these events has been wide, there has been no solid proof to legitimize these allegations.
