Freddie, a sitcom vehicle for creator-star, Freddie Prinze, Jr. The series ran on ABC from October 5, 2005, to April 12, 2006, totaling twenty-two episodes, and was inspired by Prinze's real-life experiences growing up in a house full of women. Prinze's real-life friendship with Conrad Jackson, co-creator, is the inspiration for the on-screen friendship between Prinze's character and the character of Chris.
Co-stars are Brian Austin Green (of Beverly Hill 90210 fame), Jacqueline Obradors, Madchen Amick, Chloe Suazo, and Jenny Gago. Prinze also co-produced with Bruce Rasmussen and Deborah Oppenheimer. The show is noted for its crossover with another ABC sitcom, George Lopez.
