Hayden Panettiere is an American actress known best for her role Claire Bennet on the NBC hit show Heroes. On the show, she plays a cheerleader who finds she has the power of regeneration. A plot line concerning her character spawned the popular tag line “Save the cheerleader, save the world” which caught on and aided in the show’s successful first season.
